I graduated from law studies at the University of Gdansk and completed my attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law in Gdansk. I am an attorney-at-law specializing in broadly understood business law, particularly in the field of commercial law and civil law.

I have gained my professional experience by providing legal services to business entities with diverse objects of activity. I also provide legal services in the field of labor law and personal data protection regulations. I have conducted processes related to the merger and division of commercial companies.

I have extensive experience in providing services to Housing Communities and cooperate with Property Administrators and Managers. I also provide legal services to individuals, in particular, I provide legal advice and represent clients before courts and authorities in matters of family law, civil law and labor law.

In 2004, I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Gdańsk. Having passed the judicial examination in 2007, I was enlisted as an attorney-at-law in 2008.

As an attorney-at-law, I specialise in broadly defined commercial law, in particular civil law, commercial law and company law. I have extensive experience in providing ongoing legal services to business entities of various business profiles, in particular: construction, production and in conducting development projects and handling other construction investments.

Also, I have extensive experience in conducting business litigation for my clients – concerning issues of the construction process, as well as corporate and other civil disputes. I have participated in many transformations and mergers and divisions of commercial law companies, as well as transformations of entrepreneurs into commercial law companies. Moreover, I have supervised the processes of acquisition of a total of several dozen real properties for investment or production purposes.

I was responsible, inter alia, for providing comprehensive advice and conducting due diligence for M&A transactions for Polish and foreign clients. I participated in the legal supervision of investment processes in the field of public procurement (including Gdansk Shakespeare Theatre) and also represented clients in court disputes related to, inter alia, public purpose investments (including those with a value of the subject of the dispute exceeding PLN 50 million).

In 2006, I completed full-time judicial training at the District Court in Gdansk and passed the judicial examination. Since 2007, I have been practicing as an attorney-at-law. Between 2006 and 2010, I cooperated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara in Sopot, where, among other duties, I participated in numerous due diligence audits of companies and real estate and participated in many M&A transactions, including in 2008 in the largest commercial real estate transaction in Poland (acquisition of real estate belonging to Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. – Twarda Tower, Obrzeżna, Moniuszki by an SPV controlled by a Danish investment fund – the value of the transaction exceeding PLN 500 million).

Then, from 2011 to 2016, I worked with the law firm Burzak & Okoń & Partners in Gdynia, where I was responsible, among other duties, for providing comprehensive advice and supervising of M&A transactions for Polish and foreign clients, as well as ongoing legal services to key clients, including a leading developer in the Tri-City – HOSSA Investment Group S.A. in Gdynia.

I have extensive experience in providing legal services to construction and development companies and handling specific construction projects, as well as litigation in this area.

I specialize in broadly defined business law and litigation, particularly in cases of credits and loans indexed to foreign currencies.
