  1. The administrator of the Personal Data is Dzięciołkiewicz Kessler Labuda spółka komandytowo-akcyjna with its registered office at Abrahama Street no 1A, #6.06, 80-307 Gdansk, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 953376, e-mail: kontakt@dzieciolkiewicz.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Law Firm”.
  2. The Law Firm, using “cookies”, collects information about users visiting https://dzieciolkiewicz.pl and https://kalkulatornadplatfrankowych.pl . This involves storing small text files (“cookies”) on the user’s computer that recognize selected user preferences when the user reconnects to these sites.  This provides the ability to analyze data and information that relates to the type of browsers used, resolutions used, interest in the articles and content in question. This information is for the sole purpose of expanding these pages to make them more interesting and ergonomic, and to respond to the needs of users. Thanks to cookies, the Law Firm is able to make changes in terms of users’ needs. The Law Firm does not keep records of the identity of users through cookies.
  3. The “cookies” files used by the Law Firm are used for statistical purposes (analysis of the parameters of visits to a given site) and presentation purposes (smart pop-up mechanism).
  4. Cookies used by the Law Firm do not cause changes in computer hardware as well as software installed on the user’s device.
  5. The use of “cookies” depends on the configuration of the browser used by the user and can be disabled by the user himself at any time.
  6. The Law Firm shall ensure the security of the personal data provided to it in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – RODO).
  7. Personal data are processed only for the purpose of being able to carry out the activities commissioned to the Law Firm to perform.
  8. Recipients of personal data will also be the Law Firm’s suppliers providing IT and accounting services. In addition, the recipients of personal data will be the Law Firm’s employees directly handling the case.
  9. The Law Firm declares that its recipients process personal data on the basis of concluded agreements, in accordance with the purposes and instructions of the Law Firm and with due confidentiality.
  10. Personal data will be retained for up to 5 years after the completion of the activity, due to the need to determine possible conflicts of interest.
  11. Everyone has the right to access his or her personal data, to rectify personal data, as well as to limit the processing of such data after the Law Firm has performed the commissioned activities.
  12. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection about the acts related to the processing of his personal data.
